Google Docs may add sync and 'cloud printing' for smartphones
According to reports, the Google Docs source code shows some possible future enhancements to the cloud office suite. Embedded within, the code makes reference to three new features ‘coming soon’, including third-party applications, synchronisation but more crucially, cloud printing.

I had the great fortune of having the Yahoo SearchMonkey team speak at last nights Refresh Detroit. Prior to the speaking I really did not have the full grasp on what yahoo! was doing and what the SearchMonkey platform really was. What One Thing About Web Design Would You Change Today?
As Web designers and developers, much of our time is spent carving out little corners for ourselves: setting up stops along the information superhighway, creating hangouts to populate the virtual landscape. We shape areas of the Web as we choose to or as our clients command—like Neo altering the Matrix. Unlike Neo, though, we have rules to follow, standards to meet. Web development and design exist in a framework that dictates what we can and cannot do. With this idea of molding the Matrix in mind, we once again turned to our followers on Twitter.

Take The Initiative and Create Your Own Projects
During my last job with a large corporation, people started to get laid off. Many fellow creatives came to me, as they had no idea what they would do if they were let go. I had come to that small city from New York and my experience was varied and impressive to those who started their careers with this company. Their parents had hoped for their own children to work there and eventually retire in the same homey place. They were anchored in this town that held no other industries. Like layoffs in a town that has a steel mill, there weren’t many options to those looking for work.
